Anti-crack Mortar
I. Brief Introduction：
HZST Anti-crack Mortar(hereinafter referred to as Anti-crack Mortar)，is a kind of mortar which can sustain certain deformation without cracking, made from the antimitotic agent (composed by polymer emulsion and admixture), cement, and sand to a certain proportion.
This is a new type anti-cracking material, has added our own additive with patent, perfectly combined with HZSY EPS composite sandwich wall panel and produce mutual acting force. It is an excellent eco-friendly material with high tensile resistance, easy for construction and resistant to freeze.
II. HZSY, polymer anti-crack mortar powder is a kind of grey color (white) solid powder. It is ordinary Portland cement, dispersity to latex powder with relative auxiliaries, anti-crack material and mixed with quartz sand and so on, has a good cohesiveness, crack resistance to impact and hydrophobic.

Its good crack resistance and impact resistance of hydrophobic ensures the safety performance and service life of the insulation system.

VIII . Attention
1.Without any additives for the anti-crack cement mortar at site construction , strictly control the water ratio and time for plaster .
Mortar Powder : Water = 1:0.3 (Weight Ratio )
2.Can directly brush on “ HZSY EPS compound sandwich wall panel”, no need to brush the base coat .
3.Pay attention to moisture , rain-proof ,prevent insolate during transportation .
4.When storage of the anti-crack cement mortar , need to stored in a dry ventilated place, prevent from damp .
5. When use the anti-crack cement mortar , depend on the dosage of construction , not too much at one time . If happen to agglomerate , while has not used up of the mortar , the balance should not use any more .
6. Above 5℃ during storage & construction site . For some district Lower than 5℃ , need to inform in advance , HZSY will change the formula in time to meet your requirement .
7. Every time after complete of construction , to clean the construction tools and mixing equipment in time , thus not to affect next time use .
