PVC tile is made of polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC) as the main raw material, supplemented by UV anti-ultraviolet line agent and other chemical raw materials. PVC tile, also known as plastic steel tile, is the replacement product of color steel tile through scientific proportion and advanced technology. The anti-aging layer was coated on the surface of the product by using multi-layer co-extrusion technology, which improved the weather resistance and color persistence, and increased the wear-resistant layer on the bottom surface. It has good fire resistance, anticorrosion, weather resistance, no asbestos, bright color, environmental protection and health. It is widely used in the roof and wall of long-span portal structure factory building, which not only meets the anticorrosion needs of light steel structure factory building, but also saves steel and reduces the cost.

The step1, is to cut out the right size

The step2, fix it with a tile hook.

The step 3, tighten the nut of the tile hook

The step 4, install a waterproof cap with nuts
